Weekly Therapy

For those who prefer a more steady, gradual approach to personal growth and healing, I also offer individual therapy. This option is great for those looking for consistent support over time to address challenges and work through emotional blocks in a steady, paced manner.

Perfect for you if:

  • You need ongoing support for managing stress, anxiety, or life transitions.

  • You want regular check-ins to adjust goals.

  • You’re working through specific challenges like relationships, past trauma, or emotional blocks.

  • You value long-term growth with the flexibility to adjust frequency as needed.

If you feel stuck in traditional talk therapy or overwhelmed by years of pain, structured intensives offer an efficient and powerful alternative.

We combine EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with Internal Family Systems (IFS) to go beyond surface-level symptoms and access the root of trauma stored in the body and brain.

Perfect for you if:

  • You’ve hit a plateau in weekly therapy

  • You’re high-functioning but secretly burnt out

  • You have a single, stuck trauma or pattern you want to resolve

  • You're tired of talking and ready to heal

EMDR/IFS Intensives

You are not broken.

Journey

We’ll use EMDR to clear stuck trauma and IFS to help you reconnect with your Self—the part of you that’s calm, curious, and whole.

This work is:

  • Neuroscience-informed

  • Trauma-competent

  • Time-respecting

  • Soul-honoring

About

My name is Heidi Anderson PsyD, LCSW-S

I’m a licensed clinical social worker, qualified supervisor and PsyD with over a decade of experience walking beside those carrying invisible wounds. My work has focused on combat veterans with complex PTSD, as well as survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking—people who’ve lived through the unimaginable and are still standing.

At the core of my approach is the belief that your brain already holds the answers. Trauma may disrupt our sense of control, but healing is possible when we empower the brain to decide what memories it’s ready to process—and when. I use EMDR intensives, informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), to help you access your inner wisdom, turn down the volume on trauma, and reconnect with the parts of you that never stopped fighting for your survival.

It’s the greatest honor of my career to witness people transform pain into clarity, chaos into calm, and wounds into wisdom. This is work I don’t take lightly. And if you're ready, I’d be honored to walk with you.
